Grew, flourished and stayed rooted – 50 years of the district of Schwäbisch Hall 1973 to 2023, we are proud to be a part of history. We would like to take you with us…
- Enables thermal machine protection of new motors with Pt1000 sensors in existing drive systems, e.g. Siemens SINAMICS S120
- Extends the system service life
- Maintenance-friendly as a pure plug & play installation requiring no prior electrical engineering knowledge
Plug & play for e.g. Siemens drives: Adaptation of the PT-KTY converter to Siemens SME120/125 using a kit consisting of a signal processing unit on SME connection RS-X 200 (encoder line) and a unit for voltage tapping on SR-X 100.

REISSMANN enjoys close ties with the region, and we support many projects, associations and care facilities in our community through sponsorship.
For example, we are proud to sponsor the Westheim music society, the SV Westheim 1948 sports club, SV Rieden, and the HAKRO Merlins. Our sponsorship also includes the youth teams from the Rosengarten players’ community (SV Westheim, TSV Michelbach, SV Rieden).
We are delighted to support our footballers with kits and perimeter advertising!
The animal shelter in Michelfeld has a new vehicle and we are delighted to be sponsoring it.
Our employees are able to choose their favourite bicycles from a specialist dealer, we lease them from JOBRAD and pass them on to our employees. The bikes can of course be freely used for travelling to and from work, in life outside work, and for sport. We have 10 charging points for e-bikes on the company site, so that the battery is full again at the end of the working day and the ride home comes with a boost. A large, covered bicycle shelter on the company site provides the perfect parking space for bikes

To remain successful and future-ready, Reissmann expands the new production and administration space, around 2000 square metres built in 2011/12, by 1500 square metres in summer 2022. The entire company complex in the municipality of Rosengarten has been designed according to the latest KfW55 efficiency standards. The heating systems in both halls have also been converted to a district heating connection operated by a local agricultural biogas plant, meaning that we are independent of the gas supply and fossil fuels.
8 years on from the discontinuation of the KTY 84 family (01/2015), we must now inform you that our stocks of this type have been fully used up. We will be removing this item from our range with immediate effect and will therefore no longer be able to offer it.
The Pt1000 has established itself on the market as the main successor, but for the user this means that the hardware and software will both need to be replaced.
The PTC 600 (silicon semiconductor element) that we also employ as an alternative can likewise be used with certain restrictions.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
We have expanded our measuring and testing technology to include a microsection laboratory.
In order to test in accordance with the high quality standards that you and we demand, we have expanded our measuring and testing technology to include a microsection laboratory. This enables us to test and document our connection technology at automotive level. We are also happy to offer this as a service for externally manufactured products.
The PT-KTY converter emulates the discontinued KTY 84-130 from a Pt100 or Pt1000 signal. Converters for other types of KTY sensors on request.
Reissmann Sensortechnik GmbH has developed a converter that analyses the resistance of a Pt100 or Pt1000 sensor and outputs the equivalent KTY resistance. The output characteristic of the converter is very close to the ideal characteristic of a KTY sensor without its extensive tolerance. The converter allows our customers to retain the existing hardware (frequency inverter) and control software in their systems. This cost effective alternative is available as a “control cabinet module” for DIN rail TS35 in the variants with a supply voltage of 230 V AC and 24 V DC, as a “field module” in IP 68 design with 24 V DC and as a “micro converter” for direct operation on the encoder cable. In addition to this, the SUB model was developed, which can be mounted directly on the SUB input of the control unit. The compact design of the four variants facilitates straightforward installation in the control cabinet and in the field.
