The NTC sensor is used to measure and monitor critical temperatures on surfaces and inside machines and systems, including air conditioning systems.
Temperature monitoring on bearings, busbars, machine parts and in windings.
The NTC sensor is a temperature-dependent component. If the temperature increases, the resistance of the NTC sensor decreases. Its characteristic curve is non-linear.
- Low costs in the temperature range: -40 to 300 °C
- Resistance value: 0.1 KOhm to 1000 KOhm for many applications
